Recognition of 1975 alumnus partner Joel O. Wooten

The UGA School of Law was pleased to recently recognize 1975 alumnus Peak Wooten McDaniel & Colwell LLP partner Joel O. Wooten with a portrait unveiling. His commitment to the University System of Georgia, UGA and the law school over the years has been significant, including service as chair of the Board of Regents and as a member of both the law school’s Board of Visitors and Law School Association Council. In 2012, he received the law school’s Distinguished Service Scroll Award. The portrait will hang in the Joel O. Wooten Conference Room.
