Obtained a $10,000,000.00 policy limits settlement

PWMC attorneys obtained a $10,000,000.00 policy limits settlement for the family of a woman involved in a wreck with a commercial motor vehicle. The driver of the commercial vehicle failed to maintain his lane, crossed the center line, and collided head on with the decedent’s vehicle. On behalf of the woman’s surviving children, PWMC attorneys filed suit against the commercial driver and his employer. The case settled prior to trial for $10,000,000.00.
